Hi, I am Kiran Patel, an experience LAMP (Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP5) web architect/developer. I'm a graduate of the Mumbai University and currently live in Piscataway, New Jersey. I'm a big fan of LAMP/MAMP environment.

My passion for the web started around the year 2000 and since then I've been creating web sites and web applications. With time I have learned new cutting-edge techonologies ( Zend Framework, CodeIgnitor, Prototype, jQuery, AWS ) and adopted agile development principles, such as DRY, KISS, and the XP philosophy, which now I master quite well and use them on an every day basis.

Since we tend to spend more time maintaining and extending code than writing it I work to ensure that the code I write today is at least a little better than what I wrote yesterday.
